How do I download my beat license agreement?

Downloading your License Agreement is available on the Receipt page.

To download license agreement of beats you’ve purchased:
1. Log in to your CUZINBEATS account using your registered email address and password.
2. Navigate to the header menu on the top right hand corner, click on your USER NAME.
3. Click on My Purchase option from the profile menu.
4. The page will redirect you to your Purchase History page, navigate to Receipt.
5. Click on View Details next to the order that was completed.
6. Once on the Receipt page, Navigate to License Agreement.
7. Click on Download License to begin your download.

How do I download my purchased?

7. Click on the file name to begin your download.

 

How do I download order invoice?

Downloading your order invoice is available on the Purchase History page.

To download your order invoice:
1. Log in to your CUZINBEATS account using your registered email address and password.
2. Navigate to the header menu on the top right hand corner, click on your USER NAME.
3. Click on My Purchase option from the profile menu.
4. The page will redirect you to your Purchase History page, navigate to PDF Invoice.
5. Click on Download invoice next to the order that was completed.

Providing Feedback

Once an order is marked as Completed, you can provide feedback on your order.

To add feedback:

  1. From the CUZINBEATS menu on the top right hand corner of the page, click on your USER NAME.
  2. Click on My Purchase option from the profile menu.
  3. Click on Write a Review next to the order that was completed.
The following are the questions in which you can rate the seller:
  • Ratings
    Ratings are based on five stars, with one being the lowest and five being the highest rating.
  • Item as Described
    Item as described by the seller?
  • Comment
    Add your comment

Note
– Once an order is delivered, you will receive a notification within the site or an email with a direct link to the order. Providing feedback on a delivered order will complete the order.

 

Viewing Your Payments

Viewing your payments is available on the Purchase History page.

To view your Purchase History:

  • From the CUZINBEATS menu on the top right hand corner of the page, click on your USER NAME.
  • Click on My Purchase option from the profile menu.

On My Purchase page, you have the following details:

  • Receipt No:  This is the receipt number for your purchase order.
  • Date: The date of your purchase.
  • Amount: This is the money spent, which have been completed, or are still in progress.
  • Receipt: Is where you can view the full details of your purchase.
  • PDF Invoice: Download the invoice as PDF file.
  • Reviews: Leaving reviews is a great way to rate your buying experience with a seller.

  • Credit Card: You can make purchases using any major Debit/Credit Card (Visa – MasterCard – American Express – Mada).
  • Express: You can make purchases using express payment (Apple Pay – Google Pay – Microsoft Pay).
  • PayPal: You can make purchases using PayPal payment, you also have the option to pay with PayPal Debit/Credit Card.

Note: Some countries on PayPal’s list may not be accepted by CUZINBEATS to view a list of countries that accept PayPal, click here.
